- There are no upfront fees for content scanning, legal analysis, or enforcement actions.
- We only collect a service fee if compensation is successfully recovered from the infringing party.
- The exact terms of compensation sharing are outlined in a separate representation agreement that you sign before enforcement begins.
4. Legal Representation
Credibly Yours collaborates with licensed legal professionals in multiple jurisdictions. By signing the necessary representation documents, you authorize our legal team to act on your behalf in pursuing claims, including:
- Pre-litigation communications;
- Settlement negotiations;
- Filing court actions when necessary.
You may withdraw your authorization at any time prior to legal filing, subject to notice and applicable contractual obligations.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Submitting only content for which you own or control the rights;
- Providing truthful, accurate, and complete information;
- Reviewing and signing legal documents in a timely manner;
- Notifying us promptly if any of your content is licensed or lawfully reused.
Misuse of the platform, including fraudulent claims or submission of third-party content, may result in account termination and legal liability.
